1 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use bab88's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This service is available only to those aged 21 and above.
• You must register voluntarily and on your own initiative.
• All information provided in your account must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must reside in a location where use of bab88's services is legally permitted.
• You must not be a person whose account bab88 has previously closed or suspended.

2 Account Registration & Management

Each user may create only one account. Holding multiple accounts is a direct violation of bab88's policy.

• The name, address, and contact details provided at registration must be completely accurate.
• It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.
• Allowing a third party to use your account, or selling or transferring your account, is strictly prohibited.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, you must notify bab88 support immediately.
• bab88 may request a copy of your national ID card or passport as part of the verification process.

bab88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until identity verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Financial transactions on bab88 are processed through Bangladesh's approved mobile financial services. Key transaction details are provided below:

All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to bab88's security checks. Rocket Mobile Wallet is the mobile financial service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• Account verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• If you experience any technical issues with a transaction, notify the support team immediately.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions may be delayed for security review.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

bab88 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are available under specific conditions and may be cancelled if those conditions are not met.

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus amount only.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.
• Another example: ৳42,000 deposit → bonus capped at ৳20,000 → total balance ৳62,000.

• Multiple bonus claims from the same person, household, device, or IP address are not permitted.
• bab88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• The wagering requirement must be met before making a withdrawal after receiving a bonus.
• If bonus fraud is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

5 VIP Program & Loyalty Rewards

bab88's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Tier changes are based on activity level and regular participation. The terms governing cashback payments are set by bab88 and may change depending on circumstances.

11 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the bab88 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of bab88. Use of these without written permission is strictly prohibited.

• No content on the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or modified.
• Content from game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe) is protected by their own intellectual property rights.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bab88 is not liable for the following:

• Indirect or incidental losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
• Any losses arising from the actions of third parties.
• Issues resulting from the user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.
• Disruptions caused by internet or network outages.

13 Amendment & Termination of Terms

bab88 may partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website after any changes, and users may be notified of significant changes.

• You are advised to review the Terms page on a regular basis.
• bab88 reserves the right to close any user's account for any reason.
• Users may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting support.
• If there is a balance at the time of account closure (once verification is complete), it will be returned.

14 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The relevant legal framework will be followed in the interpretation and application of these Terms. Any disputes will first be addressed through negotiation and mediation.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between bab88 and the user and supersede any prior oral or written discussions.
